We wish that everyone can train at Two Wolves, however, training in Group Training or Personal Training Program doesn’t always fit into people’s schedules. What we’ve decided to do in that special circumstance is create a “virtual” training program which individuals can take to another gym, at home or on the road. Instead of being confused and/or getting results at a snail’s pace due to a bad training program, let a personal trainer from Two Wolves Fitness create one for you. You’ll initially meet with a trainer at the gym or online (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, etc.), discuss goals, limitations, equipment selection and everything else needed to create the right plan for you. Exercise demonstrations and explanations will be provided to you in video format. Each month we’ll have an accountability check in, progress the training plan and keep you moving in the right direction. With this training option you need to be self-motivated and comfortable training on your own.
