David has been in the field of health and fitness for the last 20 years. With his bachelor’s degree in exercise science and being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, David has created an effective strength-based training program for fitness enthusiasts.
David’s expertise in coaching helps busy people learn an effective and efficient way to perform a resistance training program to build lean muscle, lose weight, increase strength and improve confidence. His background consists of training a variety of clients in groups and one to one in the commercial, corporate and private gym sectors.
Through his guidance and passion for health and fitness, David has helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness goals in a safer and faster amount of time than they would if training on their own.
