Q.  Where are you located?

The address to our facility is 2544 Plainfield Ave., Scotch Plains, NJ 07076. The entrance to the gym is in the back of the building.


Q.  Is there parking?

Yes, there is street parking available.


Q.  Who is this program for?

At Two Wolves Fitness we help busy working professionals who are stuck at a weight loss or fitness plateau lose those last stubborn pounds, increase strength, and maximize energy so they can regain their confidence and achieve their optimal state of well-being.


Q.  If I am new to training, can I join?

Yes, we love fitness enthusiasts who are just starting out! While having some experience with resistance training is helpful, it is not 100% necessary.


Q.  How long do the sessions last?

Sessions typically run between 35-45 minutes


Q.  What days and times do you offer group training?

Q.  How much is it to join?

The monthly rate is based on how many days per week you train and the length of commitment. We offer short, medium- and long-term agreement options.
